Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier! Just browse our catalog and click on any item that you wish to buy and put the item into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Minimum Order is $20.00 not including applicable taxes and shipping. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

We accept credit card payments and checks. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

You may send your credit card information via the 256 bit encrypted software built into our website, by phone, or by snail mail. We do not recommend that you send credit card information via e-mail.

Shipping And Handling

  • Orders to $20.00 - add $8.50
  • Orders to $30.00 - add $10.85
  • Orders to $50.00 - add $12.50
  • Orders to $75.00 - add $14.75
  • Add $2.75 for every $20.00 over $75.00

The above shipping charges apply only to order in the continental USA only. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii, including Canada, Puerto Rico, overseas and out of the USA are handled individually and all shipping options for UPS and US mail will be given to customer by email for approval prior to the orders being shipped.

California Cages are shipped via our truck. We deliver in and around the Chicago and it's suburbs and Southern Wisconsin. Please call us to schedule a delivery and freight schedule. California cages do not break down and we do not feel that the shipping companies can deliver the product without some damage. That is why we choose to deliver our California Cages ourselves.

BULK ITEMS: Orders containing excessively heavy bulk, i.e. food, heavy toys, etc, will be charged according to actual costs for shipping as the increased weights of the bulk items may be excessive of the estimated shippig costs listed. Orders containing bulk items will be pakced, weighed and the totals will be retabulated to reflect the actual costs.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. Please allow 10 business days for deliveries. Your orders are important to us and will always be sent out in a timely fashion as possible. We may be at shows when your order arrives and will pack and send them as soon as we are back in our store. Please call us about cage delivery or see our Shipping and Handling section.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all Wisconsin orders. Our business is operated from Kenosha, Wisconsin. All other orders are tax free at this time.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you experience any errors in processing you order please feel free to contact us and we will gladly take you order over the phone at 262-654-1609.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. We regret that we can not return toys and opened food packages. Due to the nature of our business we can not expose our birds or our customers birds to any type of diseases. Being a bird owner you can appreciate safety concerns. Returns Policy

We will ONLY return unopened bags or cartons of food. All toys, perches, cage accessories, water bottles are not returnable due to diseases that can be transmitted from one bird to another.
